How to use the OnlySmile HomeSet correctly

Congratulations and thank you for purchasing our OnlySmile HomeSet. In the following you will learn how to use the OnlySmile HomeSet and you will also receive some useful tips for the best possible result.

The right application

First, we recommend that you charge the OnlySmile Professional Lamp for around 25 minutes. This prevents you from having to interrupt your application in between. You can then attach the lamp to the supplied mouth splint using the flexible click system. If you hear the clicking noise, the rail has snapped into place and is securely fastened.

Now you can spread around 4 ml of the OnlySmile teeth whitening gel on the upper and lower side of the mouth splint. It is best to ensure that it is distributed fairly evenly for optimal results. When you're done with that, you can also insert the mouth splint and press the button to start the lamp. One application lasts 30 minutes, after which the lamp switches off automatically. As soon as the lamp no longer lights up, an application is over and you can take the splint and lamp out of your mouth.

Tips & tricks for even whiter teeth

If you are using the OnlySmile Homeset for the first time, we recommend two consecutive applications. It is important to ensure that you renew the gel between applications. A two-time application at the beginning ensures the whitest teeth.

At OnlySmile, we strive to make our products as flexible and convenient as possible. However, should it happen that the teeth do not fit perfectly on the mouth splint, we recommend that the OnlySmile tooth whitening gel be evenly distributed on both the splint and the teeth. If a lot of saliva accumulates during use, you can take out the lamp and splint and spit it out. Then reinsert the lamp and continue the application.

For optimal results, we also recommend switching to a "white diet" in connection with the OnlySmile tooth whitening powder, i.e. not consuming any colored foods or drinks such as tea, coffee or red wine. Alternatively, it is a good idea to drink such drinks with a straw, which is less of a risk to your results. With the OnlySmile tooth whitening powder, your teeth are free of plaque after 2 weeks of use, which can further increase the tooth whitening results of the OnlySmile HomeSet. This keeps them white for a long time.

How to care for the OnlySmile Professional Lamp

The lamp supplied by OnlySmile is an essential part of the OnlySmile HomeSet and should therefore be treated with care. This includes, among other things, charging the lamp exclusively with the charger provided.

It is also important to only clean the mouth splint with warm water after use. The OnlySmile Professional Lamp is not suitable for cleaning with water or cleaning agents. Instead, we recommend using a dry cloth for cleaning.
