Using it at home may put you off at first, but it's really easy in the end.
In the first step, you apply the teeth whitening gel to the mouth splint. Then the rail is inserted and the blue LED light is switched on. The gel now works independently on your teeth and you have your hands free to do other things at the same time.
After just 30 minutes, you can rinse your mouth and examine your result.
